I love, love, love this pan. It can be used for just about anything and I use mine all the time as do both of my sons. The only downfall it has is as with all hard anodized pans once they are stained on the outside you cannot get them looking nice again. I have replaced mine several times only because they start looking bad. They work fine, just don't look pretty after a lot of use. Wish there were some Large Stock Pots in the Simply line.

I have a small kitchen and have been really trying to whittle down to a few pots & pans that can do triple duty (at least). This pan let me pack the deep fryer into storage! It's the perfect size for everyday frying: wings, eggrolls, onion rings etc, in much smaller amounts of oil for the family. It heats quickly and evenly for a stir fry and again, because of the nonstick less oil is required. You can even do a quick stovetop sear and then transfer the pan to the oven to cook through. The whole unit is very sturdy and the handle perfectly balanced, I'm not worried even when the pan is piled high with food. And I can't overstate how nice it is to be able to wash out a pan like this in seconds; no soaking or scrubbing. Cooking is much more enjoyable when you don't have to deal with difficult dishes afterward.

I've been using this pan for a couple weeks now, and I'm IN LOVE! I've been really impressed by the ease of cleaning it because NOTHING (ahem, eggs!) sticks to this pan. It cooks evenly, is super heavy-duty, and the sides are nice and high! I also was able to pop this pan in the oven and just baked a casserole right inside-- it came out great. I'd highly recommend this pan!

As soon as I used this I knew I would love it! The pan is very wide so you can cook a lot of things in it. I cooked pork, chicken, eggs, veggies, burgers, etc I cooked it all and didn't disappoint me. It's very easy to use and is really nonstick. I loved the long handle so I could easily move it around and hold onto. It was also super easy to wash and didn't have a hard time washing off the oil and food from the pan. From now on I will only use these products when I cook, I totally recommend! I received this free in exchange for an honest review.

It works just wonderful and clans with a snap have even used it outside on the burner on my grill. It cleans up in a snap and is truly non-stick.
