I picked up order at store, was given size 8 boots, although ordered size 9. Since I didn’t use the boots until winter, I didn’t realize wrong size was given until after 30 days store return policy. Store said Sears.com needed to send me return kit, Sears.com stated I can return at store, back and forth. Although Sears.com extended return period, I had yet to receive return kit. All I got was two emails stating to return to store after explaining several times store would not accept. So I’m basically stuck with boots I cannot wear, due to no fault of mine and due to Sears.com refusing to “honor” their return policy. Shame on them!!!! I will report to better business bureau.
