terrible services , I have placed an order jan the 3rd just got an email " thank for u purchase " no other email with updates , I had to call costumer service after 10 days yes 10 days to se where was my item so they gave me the track number terrible experience , after 12 days I got the package, too late so I asked to return the item its been 4 days already after I have asked for the return no calls, or emails at all , I don't know what I have to do to return this item. horrible experience with shop u way no more, no respect to the customer, it takes seconds to send an email to the costumer to give an update about the purchase.
they don't deserve not even 1 star I will give them cero .
