Sleep Innovations Gel Memory Foam SideSleeper Pillow is very Nice Especially You are a Side sleeper gives Good Support to your neck and gives a good night sleep. It takes 2 days for it to adjust to room temeperature and soft. I am so Glad with this purchase.Your head just feels, NOTHING as you go to sleep, NOT turning or readjusting your pillow, or waking up in the middle of the night to adjust it, but sleeping, restful dreaming sleep
Important things to know when considering this review: This was my first experience with a memory foam pillow--normally I sleep on a down pillow; I followed the directions to a tee about letting the pillow acclimate before use; I live in Phoenix, AZ, and the house is always a minimum of 70 degrees; I am both a side sleeper and back sleeper; and I lay on my pillows with my head and neck, not shoulders nor upper back. IMPORTANT INFO: The product description states that the dimensions of the pillow are 17" W x 23" L x 2" H; however, the pillow was much higher than 2" and was about 4" along the edging and bowed to about 6" at the center. PROS: The pillow was a good size and did not trap the heat as I've heard some memory foam pillows can. The pillow felt sturdy and well-made. The sale price (which put the pillow in the $35 price range) was certainly reasonable. The pillow was actually comfortable when I tried laying on my stomach with one arm under the pillow and my upper body somewhat draped on top of the pillow. CONS: The pillow felt soft when squeezed, but was actually quite firm when used (side sleeper position). With it's height, my head was completely tilted towards my shoulder and not at all in line with my spine. Unless I laid across the pillow with my upper body, the memory foam did not conform nor squish down more than just a tad, so it was quite uncomfortable for sleeping, at least for me. I did try it on my back also, and it tilted my head up so far my chin touched my chest. According to the enclosed information, the pillow becomes more firm in cooler temperatures--it was quite firm at 70 degrees and may have felt like a brick in a home with a room temp. in the 60's. SUMMARY: For someone who likes his head elevated/tilted while sleeping or someone who prefers a firm pillow, this may be a good choice. It would probably be worth a look for someone wanting a firm memory foam pillow because the price and quality seemed good. However, for someone like myself who prefers a plush pillow and one that cushions the neck but keep the head in line with the spine, then I'd say this may not be the best pillow for you.

|Poor quality, the item I recieved had been used, had blood stain on the one pillow and the other one was molded, I will never purchase another pillow o line after receiving such poor quality when the item specific "BRAND NEW" I had never been so disappointed and disgusted about recieving such items ,and I purchased two of them, how could they send out used items when it says brand new, very disappointing, would not recommend buying these pillows at all, still waiting for my refund also, Sad
