Description Specifications
Sole proudly introduces the new F65 treadmill to their family line with a few upgrades from the very popular F63 model. Sole has earned the reputation of building quality treadmills using the best components, the F65 is no exception and is a performance treadmill at a very affordable price. The F65 jumps up to a powerful 2.75 Cont. Duty HP motor which delivers challenging speeds up to 11 mph and inclines up to 15%. The F65 also has a larger deck at 20 X 58 inches in size. Lastly, the F65 comes standard with a larger 7 inch LCD display which is back lit and you'll find easy to read in any lighting. And as with all Sole treadmills, when not in use the treadmill deck safely locks into place, 100% secured. Run up to six preset programs including cardio training and fat burning specific programs. Other safety features include a large stop switch with tether cord, starting speed of only 1 mph, and a low-profile running hood that doesn't get in the way of your running gait. And a step up height consistent with commercial grade treadmills. Additional features include cooling fans and speed and incline controls on the arm rests. The treadmill console is user friendly with a vibrant blue display. The information that is displayed at all times include Speed, Incline, Time, Distance Traveled, Calories, Pulse and Pace. There is also a 1/4 mile track feature and a Peak and Valley graph for different programs. The console also has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 ... read more

We love this treadmill.

I get sick at consumer "nit-picking" to the smallest degree every single little flaw they find in products. I'll try to avoid doing that. Here is my review: The Sole brand is one that seems to stand on it's reputation (warranty, solid design and reliable features). From looking around we agree. The sturdy frame, strong and quiet motor and functional features sold us on this treadmill company. Why the F65? The F63 was/is a good buy, but we wanted the slightly longer running deck since I run most of the time. Delivery was fast and accurate, no damage to our house getting it upstairs, and the setup was really pretty easy. We have both used the treadmill all week since delivery. The motor is much quieter than we expected and it runs smooth, strong and fast. Deck cushioning seems more than adequate and the external speakers and heart monitor/chest strap that come with it work flawlessly. Plenty of workout modes and challenging programs. The unit folds up to about 4 feet deep, from front to back. Not as "tucked away" as we envisioned, but certainly a nice space saving feature. You really can't go wrong with this treadmill in my opinion. Sure, someone will always find some little thing they don't like, but that is a personal thing, not the product. Do your research, know your personal likes/dislikes, and go from there. This is a professional, gym like, treadmill that fits in your home. What's not to like?

So far so good

I bought this maching in the beginning of Feb. Putting it together was fairly easy, except for the dealing with the weight of the machine itself. This is a solid piece of machinery. The wife and I have used this for one week, the motor is quit, the speakers work great. I haven't used the heart monitor strap yet. The machine is quick to respond to the adjustments in speed and incline.
The only thing not great, to me, is that the handle bars are a bit low. When you are at a high incline, you feel as if you are bending over to reach the bars. I know it is not a professional gym machine, but raising the bars about 6-8 inches would make a big difference.

the reviews are not accurate

I wish I would have talked to someone who owned one before I bought one. Nothing but problems. Nothing but the run around even when I contact the Sole company. Will contact the Better Business Bureau. Belt slips. Not stable. Motor loud and doesn't adjust quickly. Taking the treadmill back!

Solid, sturdy product

|

After receiving 2 broken Nordic Tracs, I decided on the Sole F65. Very solid product, easy assembly. The only negative complaint that I have is the amount of time it takes to slow down the unit when you are running. Other treadmills that I have used will slow down from a 7.0 speed to a 3.3 speed quicker than what this Sole does. I just have to remember not to wear myself 100% out before slowing down.
