Just got the table today. Very have and pretty good quality plus nice size. The ping pong top Is thick and heavy too, better than I thought. It's a solid piece with everything needed for both games. I'M very happy with the purchase for $200, and my kids can play the games for a long time. If have space for it, this is close to full size tables and feels really good to play the games. Much better than those 4 in 1 smaller tables.
Now I see why this store(SEARS) is closing down. Worst experience . Customer service -O. Never got the item, & they say I picked it up. Says it’s available, got the store . Nothing . Online service is zero. I had to call the corporate ,complain line, spoke to managers . Still nothing. Bad, worst experience for a customer to go through. I will not recommend buying from here
We got this pool table/ping pong table to keep us occupied and entertained during the pandemic. It's been a very fun distraction for the price!! The box was too large to fit into our SUV, so I highly recommend the delivery option. My husband put it together using 2 saw horses and attached the legs from the bottom rather than flipping it over after it was put together. Everything was in great condition except one of the cue sticks was bent. The ball set was top-notch. It's pretty much like us playing at the bar - except no quarters needed. We haven't played the ping pong table yet. It's sturdy and I highly recommend this table for the price.
Table was delivered on time but had a corner piece broken. Sears discounted $85 off my bill. I was able to glue the piece together and fortunately it was not a weight bearing piece. Table functions fairly well, nice length but short width. Felt is a decent material but not pool hall material. Action of balls on surface is slow and they tend to bunch up. There is noticeable friction when balls roll so definitely won't confuse with a slate table. The balls themselves have minor chips in them after about 40 games played. They have not dropped on floor but due to poor materials used to make them. Overall it's a little better than I expected and we do have fun playing on it. I would expect to get maybe 2-3 years of use out of it. Easy to put together, need 2 people to flip table when legs are attached .
