I tried calling to find out if there was any left at the store I got put on hold for a while then hung up called back the line was busy then called again got put back on hold again waited tried calling back asked to speak to a manager then got hung up on Went to go pick it up from the store after trying to find out if any were left then I went to the store to try and get it asked if I can make sure the parts were there then it was missing items I'm frustrated because I live far and I wasted over 3 hours just to find out it was open so then I decide to try to see a manager or somebody they said that the company gets credits for this kinda stuff so it dont matter if you ever wanna go to Kmart I don't suggest bruckner Blvd location theres almost one item missing from everything WASTE OF TIME

This arrived on time, but the pool cues are missing from the box. The table, rack and all **** are in the box. Can you please send the pool cues so it is a comple gift for my grandson? He's 8 and wants to learn how to play pool. If it was complete, I would be happy to give 5 stars.
