Pretty good pool table!

Always a little skeptical with big purchases but this pool table is worth it. No reviews on this one so took a chance. Very heavy unit almost pushing 300 pounds. Looking at some questions people asked it does take around an hour to assemble and was not hard to do so. I would recommend using your own ratchet for the bolts. Will need 4 people to flip it over and was pretty easy. Played a few games and everything was well and shots off the rails seemed true. I would say the only negative is the legs could be a little more sturdy but by no means bad. I would not hesitate to get this as when I purchased it was on sale for $300 and Sears was offering $300 back in points.

Don’t even think of making this purchase

Serious the worst pool table ever, first of all it came damage all the pockets where ripped and the legs where so flimsy and to top it off it seems like they send me a used table it look so old and like someone had already played with it before. Then I called delivery and they where giving me bullshit and it was a hassle to make a return because they take for ever and they ask so many questions and then they try to make you stay with it by offering you 50 dollars in rewards like are you kidding me hells no take your piece of crap back and give me my money. After being delayed many times they send me this crap and to top it off they ask me to put in back in the box when I had already assemble it like you kidding so I said no and they picked it up like that. Worst customer service and to top it off the worst product ever. Don’t waste your money or time on this table trust me you will save your self many headaches.

Dont buy!

We ordered this and went to pick it up when it was ready, box was damaged and there was a rip in the felt. We got over that problem and took it home. we set it up and there was scratches down the sides where it was dragged. Then to top everything off one of the legs was bigger so our pool table is until level! All of our balls go to one side, AND there are bolts that wont tighten.

Big scam

So I was supposed to receive this item today July 26th and of course I did not receive it.After multiple phone calls during this week that I wanted to make sure if they shipped it or not they assured me that I will receive it on the 26th.Today they told me that this item had an error processing code on their end since the 22nd.I am not upset why I did not receive it but they way Sears handled It.I had to call for hours for them to let me know that can not be delivered needs to be canceled.I even went to the store location to check. What a waste of time. No way of  tracking your order and they dont even bother let you know that the order will not be delivered and I still do not have en email with cancellation confirmation.I just got scammed by Sears.
