This foam roller is great. I've been looking to get one for some time now and for the price you just can't beat it. However the cardboard box that came around it said there was a DVD that was not there so I'm not sure about that, it would have been great to receive a DVD with exercises as well.

It's a foam roller .....
|well, it works well on my back .... comes with a dvd of ways to use it . it is what it is .... a roller.
the only thing i noticed is the back of my shirt gets rolled up in it ... kind of annoying.

Foam roller
|I was looking for a relatively inexpensive roller to use when exercising my back. This foam roller was nicely firm but comfortable to lie on when exercising. Haven't opened it long enough to say how it will hold up to being used regularly. Seems like it will be easy to keep clean after use. I liked the longer size that it came in.
