Description Specifications
The PT Mini Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier With UV + TiO2 is Excellent Air Care Ideal for smaller spaces, the SPT Mini Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier is a one-stop solution to those damp summer days. With Peltier (Thermo-electric) technology for a whisper quiet operation, you’ll hardly know that it’s running. Another benefit of not having a compressor in the unit is that it makes no vibration. As the tank of the PT Mini Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier fills with water pulled from the air, the UV light kills germs and bacteria. The TiO2 mesh filter catches other impurities in the air. Once the base is filled, it automatically turns off.

  • Keep your rooms cool and dry with the SPT Mini Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier
  • 60-watt mini dehumidifier removes excess moisture from the air
  • Thermo-electric technology ensures whisper-quiet operation
  • Removes up to 12 ounces of water during a 24-hour period
  • Approximate dimensions: 5" W x 8" H x 13" D
  • 1 year limited warranty

Works Well

I have this dehumidifier in a large (5' x 10') closet that has always been a little "damp". It works great to keep the humidity level in balance! I did have an issue with the filter becoming askew and me thinking the unit's electronic components had went bad, but after using the Instruction Manual as a guide, I found the problem and was back in business. This is a nifty little unit and does more than I expected.

Poor Performance

The specifications claim that this unit will remove 11 to 12 ounces of water in a 24 hour period. For a five day, 90 +F high humidity period of time this unit removed 7 ounces one day and 5 to 6 ounces the other four days. I will be returning the unit to the Sears store at the Willow Grove Mall.
