Great workout!

Affordable, quick shipping, quality product, easy assembly (4 parts to attach), low maintenance (use silicon spray for easier movement), get used to it and feel the burn!, folds easily for storage. Fitness is not easy, takes alot of discipline but its all worth it. I work in health care and I can sure testify some miseries in life are avoidable. Good fitness product, enjoying every minute of it.

rolls easily and smoothly

|

This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3" on boards. It rolls so easily I have to hang on tight to handle bars, so arms get workout too. I have small solar system so this manual treadmill works great for me.

Worth the money

|

The treadmill is an effective workout. My husband & I assembled it easily in approx 15 mins. I appreciate its compactness, easy of moving in my workout room due to the floor rollers and how lightweight it is. As the other reviewers wrote, I too, purchased the spray to keep the belt movement fluid & smooth. Am glad I did. For the money, this treadmill has been a worthwhile addition to our home gym.

Good product

I am over 60 and female. It is easy to assemble, but may take two people. I did it myself. It folds quickly and easily for storage and takes up very little space. It works well and is a very nice manual treadmill for the price.

You get what you pay for.

You definitely get what you pay for with this compact treadmill. $100 vs $800+ is a big difference. It definitely gets the job done. Being that its a manual belt, it takes some getting used to. Going at your own pace, step by step, is probably the best thing for you. Powered ones seem to feel like you're on cruise control and muscles are just repeating. This definitely takes some focus which in the long run will help you improve your health. I love that its compact. It folds nice and easy. I wish there was a 3rd setting so the incline isn't as high. I just put a 1" thick board underneath the backend and that seems to help. I tried running on it, I was able to but i have to hold on to the bars. Walking on it is great! A little flimsy, but it gets the job done.
