so far it is working as it was advertised. Looks different in the skillet and the pots when cooking sticky type foods. It dont seem to slide around like in teflon but it dont stick so that is good.
I use the set I bought regularly as I cook every day and the two biggest complaints are that they scratched very easily even though I only used the utensils that came with my set and the handles fall off-all of them -all of the time. This is a deal breaker for me as I do not want a hot pot or pan to fall on myself or my grand-daughter. I've only had the set for a year and now I have to go buy another one and it will NOT be a T-Fal.
Worked great for about a week or two. Never used anything but a plastic or wooden spoon. Ceramic scratched. Use just a rag like on my cast iron skillet. Now everything sticks. Plus they say will not warp my has in the middle. Never used just on stove. Back to second cast iron skillet.
I've have the champagne set and 3 quart fry pan for over a year and am very disappointed in the product. It scratches so easily even only using plastic utensils. But the biggest problem with all of the pots and pans are that the handles loosen every time I use them. I retighten them and there they are, loose again. On several occassions I have almost had serious burns as the main part with the food tips and they almost spill. I believe there is some problem with the handle attachment. I have to buy another new set now as this one didn't last at all and I probably would not recommend this product to anyone.
