Robert, this happens to me all the time and it is so annoying. When this happens, if I am on the syw site, I log out and log back in on the kmart.com site and most often I can place my order there. You can use your points on either site, so if you get the zip code error, log out and log back in on the other site. Hope this helps! I brought this to the attention of syw member services several times, but it still happens to me all the time.
