Janice, I'm sorry you are having this problem with the washer. If it does fill and then won't do anything, the most likely problem will be with the lid switch. First, make sure the lid strike is making good contact with the switch extension. If it is, next disconnect the power and now raise the top washer panel. This will allow access to the switch. Now, remove the wires from the lid switch and connect them together. Make sure they do not touch anything and reconnect the power. If the washer starts now, the lid lock/switch # 134101800 will need to be replaced. Other possibilities will include the pressure switch, the timer and the motor.
