The Target Visa Gift Card is an easy to use gift card. More flexible than gift certificates, Target Visa Gift Cards are available in $20, $25, $50, and $100 denominations (see * exceptions below). Enjoy using your Target Visa Gift Cards at millions of locations nationwide where Visa debit cards are accepted. Card cannot be purchased with a Target GiftCard. Number of cards purchased may be limited. To return card, package must be unopened. Customer Service available 24 hours a day at www.mybalancenow.com or 800-698-4952. Availability: Gift Cards are only available for distribution in the United States. Restrictions apply in certain states: The $25 and $100 Gift Cards are not available to Hawaii residents, and the $25 Gift Cards are not available to Vermont residents.
