Received my OSU golf umbrella damaged. Called to start a return and can hardly understand the associate who helped me. When I finally did get everything straight (or so I thought) the email they sent has a print return label button that when pushed redirects me to sears online store. Then once it navigates to where the label should be I just get a blank screen. Returns with ****** are so much easier. I’m about to just eat the $30.00 and buy one from them. If this is what to expect from Sears these days it’s no wonder they’re going under. I can’t even take it to a store to return because the one where I live went out of business last year.
