Horrible customer service & misleading telemarketing!!!

What's great about it???? Nothing!!!!!! Buy a different brand of mattresss!! They DO NOT stand behind their 90 day guarantee & there was no mention that the Ergo Premiere Plus wasn't returnable. Seems to me that should also be returnable since it is sold by Tempur-pedic.

Broken frames and broken wallet.

I'm a big guy but the description for the Ergo Plus claimed it could support 650lbs (I'm nowhere near that). As we enjoyed the feel of the mattresses in store, the wife and I decided to purchase the Twin XL bases which combined create a King sized bed. This is now the second base that has cracked at the support bars which lift the upper portion. I haven't ever jumped on, belly flopped on, or even sat down quickly on the frame. All I do is roll around a bit in my sleep. It looks like the metal support has sheared off right at the weld point of the lifting hydraulic arm. This happened the first time around as well. For the price I paid, you would think the designers would include a quality base with their pricy mattress.

Just What The Dr Ordered

I have chronic stenosis in my neck and lower back. I have had my bed and frame for about a month now. Not only is it the best sleep I have ever had, it has helped tremendously with pain issues. I wake up in the morning happy and pain free. I recommend zero gravity for back pain sufferers like me.

Like Sleeping on a Cruise Ship

My wife and I do a lot of cruising and one of the things we love most is the gentle rocking motion as we sleep. The Tempur-Ergo Plus doesn't quite do the rocking, but the gentle vibration creates a similar experience that allows us to quickly fall asleep and we have grown so accustomed to it, we usually turn it on at least one other time during the night. One thing we have learned is that we should have gotten separte mattresses for utilization with the lift operation.

Spend the Extra

We purchased a TempurPedic adjustable bed 10 years ago and felt it was time to purchase new on but instead of a split queen we purchased 2 extra long twin ergo plus premier's with contour breeze mattresses. In order to enjoy these magnificent mattresses you must spend a little more for the bases, you will never regret it. We look forward to going to bed each evening and are glad we are retired so we can sleep extra each morning.

Base works well however it does not seem very stable, the whole base moves when turning or getting in or out of the bed, it seems it could use a couple more legs to make it a much more solid feel
