I was a little worried about this drill, but when my friend called me and told me it was fabulous I stopped worrying. I bought this a gift, but she absolutely loves it.
I was so excited to get this. Plugged it in immediately, the battery and/or charger doesn't work :( the xharger lights green and read even without the battety pack on it. The battery doesn't light up and after charging overnight thee is silence when I pulled the trigger :( called sears, I have to return to local store for refund and reorder if I want to try again. Not sure if I want to. For the price it should work right out of the box :/

|Drill itself is great. Sears on the other hand is somewhat lacking. I paid for express shipping and I ended up getting it like three weeks later very upset I will never purchase anything else from them.
