I wear New Balance 8.5 wide, so I ordered a 9. Couldn't get my foot halfway into the shoe. Exchanged for a size 10, I was able to get into that but found that the back of the clog was still under my heel. I gave those back & moved on. The quality appeared good, and warm.
Can you mail to me a "Sears Return Merchant Authorization with UPS Return Shipping Label?!" Why make the customer pay any more money at all because it's Sears who erroneously shipped me different slippers (not the slippers I'd ordered) but slippers with inferior design and Sears Customer Service tells me I must spend more of my time and MONEY on either driving 37 miles to Sears or paying for label printing even though it's their error, not mine. Is it fair to ask the customer to incur any more costs for a Sears error? Mail me a return label because it's your error!!!
He loves them
