I've had my Timex Easy Reader for several years now and it's my everyday and Saturday watch. The older I get the more I appreciate the large dial and when traveling, the light-up dial serves it's purpose well. I've had it maybe 4-5 years and I am now ready to replace the band and only had to replace the battery once. Love this watch!!
I really like this watch. It is great, easy to reader, easy to adjust the time and the date. It has clearly audible ticks but they are really only loud if you put the watch near your ear (this may bother some people, I got used to the ticking very quickly). There are only three problems with it, two minor and one major: - the date function is very inconstant, it doesn't flip every day but if you want a calendar buy a calendar and not a watch - the strap gets worn out quite quickly. I bought a replacement after about 8 months - I have had the watch for about 1.5 years and needed to change the time after moving to a new timezone. So I changed the time and the watch suddenly stopped working. Not a battery issue. It just stopped working. This is not okay!!!!! So if you are the mood for a short-lived but otherwise okay watch I would recommend it, otherwise pay a bit more and get a better watch.
This watch is very high quality and I love the design.
I like this watch a lot because of the military flavor of it. For the price its a great watch. Kind of World War 2 army style
I have been wearing a Timex watch for years because of the easy reader and INDIGLO features, however not all of the watches have the INDIGLO feature and band color choices which limits selection.
Avec la version orange du bracelet, elle est parfaite pour mes activit?s de plein-air.
This watch is a good watch. It keeps time and once I got the date cycle tuned in it kept the date as well. Like they say, ?takes a lickin? keeps on tickin??
Unfortunately I think my watch took a bit too much of a lickin?. The crown/stem fell out! I?m not sure if the stem in still inside or if it fell out as well. But the crown is definitely missing.
I stand corrected. It did take a lickin? and even though the crown is missing, the watch is still tickin?. But I will say that I am disappointed that the crown fell out.
