I bought the Total Chef Oven in 2008 just before Thanksgiving and cooked a large capon. It seemed to take longer than it should. I used it again on Christmas day to cook a pork tenderloin and the unit kept shutting off because I believe it was overheated. I used it again Easter 2009 to warm rolls and the unit stayed on for about 2 minutes then shut off. I bought it strictly for family gatherings.
