They're a bit smaller than regular tennis balls but are perfect for my daughter who's just learning to play tennis. 12 count is perfect and the mesh is ok.
I bought these tennis balls to use to play with my puppy. She was able to tear the felt off and pop the ball within a day or two of playing. They are about the size of the small ones you can buy for around $1 or less at Petco/PetSmart.
The felt cover is poorly adhered. The rubber seam/bond is weak and comes apart (splits). They do seem a little small (circumference). They do no rebound/fly like an approved ball. Pressureless balls have always had their issues, but I would avoid this brand. Several balls in the bag were not as firm as other, too.
