Unsatisfied
|Loved the tree but was broke when I got it, sent it back and re ordered and I never received another one. Called customer service and they acted like they would send it asap and still didnt receive it.

Product good...shipping not so much!!
|Item itself is fine. The shipping is what I had issues with. With these being glass, you would think they would be bubble wrapped or something to protect them. I ordered 4 of these and they were just thrown in the box unprotected. Little pieces of the tree that broke off were in the box. Also one of the trees were broken off from the base. I have to return to local kmart, however they were out of stock which is why I ordered online. I will be asking for refund unless they have them back in stock but that is doubtful due to store closing. I do not want them to ship another one through the mail. I will not be ordering glass items again from this company. They don't protect their items!!!
