We have really enjoyed our set thus far. Not happy with the legs of the set holding water and rust forming. The set is approximately a month old.
its a beautiful set and very comfortable BUT the legs are already getting rusted and I bought it less than 2 months ago and I have it under an umbrella!!! I'm disappointed.....
It looks nice and works very well. It arrived the table support bent
and a chair bent. I took pics of the damage pieces and they were replaced with no hassle. We have had it for a while and use it all time. I am not seeing the rust issues yet, that the other reviews mentioned.
Very poor quality. Legs on chairs and table rusted immediately. One of the rotating chairs broke I sat on and I fell back over and got a concussion as my head hit the patio very hard.
We purchased this table on May 5th and by May 30th the table was rusting. I called the customer service number on my recipt and was told that they would get back to me in 2 days. 2 day passed so I called back and again they told me they would call me back in 24 hours. This has been going on for the past 2 months. I have been told the vendor will pick up the patio set and then I never receive the call from back from customer service. After being told all that I got angry and called customer service again. That day they kept me on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to switch me to the the vendor who offers me touch up paint for an item that rusted in 25 days. I have called Sears customer service a total of 16 times and have received nothing but failed promised.
I was very impressed with the ease of assembly. Every bolt and pre-threaded bolt hole aligned perfectly! Although the vacuum sealed bolt and nut cards had exactly the correct number of fasteners, it was a nice touch to include an additional little baggy with a few extra of each type of fastener.
One of the seats was shipped with damaged fabric.
