RETURN POLICY - NO STARS

I LOVE THE CUSHIONS BUT I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND SEARS WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THEM. I WANTED A CREDIT BUT BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE 30 DAYS THEY SAID NO. I WAS WAITING TO HAVE MY DECK DONE BEFORE OPENING THEM. I DON'T LIKE THE RETURN POLICY AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM NOW.

Bait and switch

Ordered 3 sets of cushions.  The description states 2 seat cushions and 2 back cushions. Someone even asked in the questions and the “sears expert” answered yes, 2 seat and 2 back. But they only send one of each not two. The cushion quality is good but you only get half of the orders so if you want to  get enough to replace them realize you will have to double the price. The origina chairs do come 2 per set. No wonder sears is having to close stores since they don’t honor their descriptions. For these prices you can get the sunbrella fabric from Ballard’s

Have had set for 5 Years

I dont understand the reviews of the cushions being terrible quality. I've had this set for 5 years, no rips, tears, shreds etc. I am replacing the pillows because they are dirty looking and a bit tired. The quality of the fabric is excellent. My only negative is, there are zippers to take them off to wash them, however, they have tacked buttons. You can't take the cover off without removing the button and there is no way to put the button back on.

Terrible Quality, NO WARRANTY, NO Customer Support

I ordered a set of replacement cushions and within the summer season in which i ordered them, the fabric began to tear at the seams and then rip right down the middle. Sears would not stand behind the products and refused to send replacement cushions. After spending $500 on these cushions, which should AT LEAST last for ONE season, I am left with a product that is unusable. What's worse, Sears' customer service team was absolutely NO help. Had I known that the quality was so poor and that Sears would not stand behind its products, I never would have ordered these. I strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere for furniture. Go to ****** or ****** - they care about their reputation and would not want to leave a customer feeling absolutely ripped off.
