I was on the phone for 1 Hour+16 minutes with Sears. Follow up email from Sears claimed will send UPS to pick up wrong item shipped. But subsequently UPS told me Sears never gave instruction to pick up the Return Item. Please advise promptly?!

Please expedite the resolution without further delay because the Sears' blatant error is carelessness. Why send 20 LBS when I had ordered 25 LBS? Why send iron casing when I had ordered Rubber Casing? It appears you're using "bait and switch" bad business practices.
