for the price, you cant beat what you get for under 30 bones. rack is about 30 inches tall, and the pegs screw onto threads already machined into the two supports. the two supports are fastened by a plastic endcap on top which requires a mallet to hammer it down and snug, and bottom is held by nuts and bolts as shown in the picture. pegs are 1" in length can hold standard plates but I use it for my olympic. rack is rated for up to 300lbs and holds all my plates I bought from the 300lbs weight set here on sears. very sturdy and will not tip unless you push it over with a lot of force. 2x 45lbs plates on the bottom peg and 2x 25lbs on top peg on one side and they fit great and do not overlap. bottom left has 2x 35lbs, middle has 2x 2.5lbs and top has 2x 10lbs. middle goes 4x of the 5lbs plates. no overlap whatsoever when removing or placing a plate back on. great storage rack and really cleans up the weight room. now time to find a decent affordable dumbbell rack
The top plastic thingy won't fit in - it stays there but it totally doesn't feel right.
This is a well built product. No problem with standard weights from 2.5 up to 50.
this item really helped me get my organization down with my Olympic plates. They were everywhere and a real hassle if one fell and hopefully it was not on your foot. This is sturdy and pretty cool. Good buy for all
