The sleeping bag I ordered said it was New on the website, but when arrived it came in a box that said "Go Backs" and on he shipping label it said it same from the Returns Department from Kmart.
When I opened the box, this sleeping bag had white lint all over it and it seemed old and was a return product. I called the call center for customer service, but reached the India call center. I spoke to a rep that said he will send me a return label to send it back. I never received a return label. I requested to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor called me the next day and wasn't even able to give me accurate info about how to get the product shipped back. He told me UPS will call me, then told me to call then to schedule a pick-up. I asked him for the tracking number and he told me that UPS just needed by phone number. I called UPS, they told me they need a tracking number. Maybe cause the call center was in India and he didn't know, but he is representing Kmart/Sears so he would at least me able to do basic returns and give correct info. Now I am still waiting to get a used when arrived sleeping bag sent in for a refund.
