Ordered this shirt for someone for Christmas in Dark Navy as shown with sleeves of the same color. The shirt came in, it was black with white sleeves. Contacted Sears help/chat, and the chat person Myron was very helpful in returning the item but have not seen the refund yet. At the same time, I asked the Sears Chat Rep to order the item for me, and he sent me the links to verify the color and style. Yes, Yes, on all. So he ordered it again in Dark Navy, and today I received a Dark Red/maroon one today. They're either color blind or do not care what they send as long as they fulfil the order... I am tired to running to UPS to return and hoping for the refund to show, so I'm through with Sears.com and will never order through them ever again. Obviously they do not care whether they ship the right items....no wonder they are going out of business and having to shutdown stores. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM SEARS.COM...THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
