Worx works great!

I have been reading other reviews and just had to comment about the battery life. It may only last 25 minutes, but that is 25 full minutes of trimming/edging. It doesn't lose power as the battery comes to the end of it's life. Also, after 25 minutes of trimming and edging, I am ready for a break. Switching from trimming to edging and back again is quick and easy and the Trimmer/Edger is light enough even for a weakling like me. I'm on my 3rd year with mine and still love it!

worked only ONE day!

I fully charged the battery and then used it for 20 minutes and it worked great, especially the edger. I charged the battery and used it the next day for 10 minutes and then it quit running. When I pressed the power it would run for 5 seconds and stop. I plugged battery in again and the light was green indicating full charge. I called the customer support which took forever and they said the problem was the battery and they would send a replacement which would take 7-10 businss days. I told them I was not happy as it worked only one day and asked if they would overnight it. They said "No." I then asked what the total run time was for the battery as was told 15-25 minutes depending upon grass type. I said their TV ad said they edged an entire football field. They said, "Well they did that whole field in 8 minutes" I said the point of football field ad was distance and not time so the ad is deceptive. I should have know there would be a problem becuase their website has a specific section on their homepage dealing with battery problems. After i get my replacement battery and it works for 60 or longer, I will update my review. My reccomendation at this point is don't buy it!

Wrong trimmer

|

Ordered this Worx trimmer, Sears sent me a Black and Decker. It works just fine, but I ordered an extra battery for the Worx. Now I have an extra battery that is useless on B&D. I'm satisfied with the B&D and recommend it.

The lightest Trimmer I've Ever owned

|

The trimmer practically trims itself because it is so lightweight. I love the push button start features. Changing trimming angles is such a breeze. I love this my Worx!

Works as advertised.

It arrived promptly. Works great for the job I needed it for. My advice is to go ahead and get a second battery to have on hand. 20 to 30 minuets of continued use is all I get off a full charge. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase.
